Signature Welfare Organization (SWO) is a Karachi-based nonprofit working to empower women, protect children, and strengthen communities through practical programs, advocacy, and trusted local partnerships.

Our founder, Ms. Shumaila Muzammil of SWO leads with a service mindset, a strong community focus, and a belief that lasting change must be both humane and practical.

Ms. Shumaila Muzammil is the founder of Signature Welfare Organization, with a 20+ year strong commitment to women’s empowerment, child protection, and community development. She is a Sitara-e-Pakistan Awardee and won multiple recognitions for her work in women empowerment and child rights. Her leadership reflects local insight, ethical service, and a clear focus on impact.
